Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Protecting your data matters to us. This policy explains what data is processed on incomly.eu and why.

Controller

Responsible under data protection law: David Hirsekorn, Schallemicher Str. 216, 51519 Odenthal, Germany — e-mail: info@incomly.eu.

Calculations

All calculations run exclusively in your browser. Your inputs (salary, tax class, children etc.) are not transmitted to our servers or stored. If you share a result link, the inputs are encoded in the link itself – nothing is stored either.

Audience measurement (self-hosted tracker)

We use a self-hosted, cookie-free access counter. On page views and calculator usage the following is transmitted: event type (e.g. page view, calculation completed), the visited path, the language version and – only for external origins – the referrer hostname. Your IP address is not stored; together with the current date and a secret random value it is used to derive a daily-rotating, irreversible identifier. Recognising visitors across multiple days is therefore impossible. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-preserving audience measurement (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Retention

Raw event data is condensed into anonymous daily statistics (counters per day, page and language) and deleted after 180 days at the latest. The statistics are only accessible to the operator via an access-protected admin area and are not shared with third parties.

Cookies & local storage

incomly.eu sets no cookies and embeds no third-party services (fonts, CDNs, analytics tools). That is why there is no cookie banner here. For technical operation, the browser merely stores current calculation parameters (e.g. the average supplemental health insurance rate) in localStorage for up to 7 days – pure calculation parameters without any personal reference and without tracking (Sec. 25 (2) no. 2 German TDDDG). Exception: the access-protected admin area (operator only, not reachable for visitors) uses a technically necessary session cookie for login.

Server log files

When you visit the website, the host automatically processes information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser (including the page accessed, date and time, transferred data volume, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and the IP address). This data serves solely to ensure trouble-free operation, error analysis and defence against attacks, and is automatically deleted after the host’s usual retention periods. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in securely providing the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other data.

Hosting

This website is hosted in Germany by: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. The host processes technically necessary server logs on our behalf to provide and secure the service (Art. 28 GDPR).

TLS encryption

For security reasons this site consistently uses TLS encryption (HTTPS, recognisable by the lock symbol in the browser). HSTS additionally enforces the encrypted connection. Data you transmit to this website cannot be read by third parties.

No sharing with third parties

No data is shared with third parties – neither for advertising nor for analysis purposes. No third-party services (ad networks, analytics tools, social media plugins, external fonts or CDNs) are embedded.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via the e-mail address listed in the imprint. Note: since the audience measurement stores no persistent identifier, individual events cannot be attributed to a person afterwards.

Changes to this privacy policy

We adapt this privacy policy whenever the website’s functionality or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies. Last updated: July 2026.
